How do I post a new product?
Log into your account HERE and once you enter your username and password you will be directed to your dashboard. Click on "Products" and then "Product Listings" on the dropdown menu. You will now see either a list of existing products you have listed or a green button labeled "+ ADD PRODUCT". Click this button to add products for sale. Upon clicking, you will be directed to the item details page. Once you have completed editing the product then click the green button stating "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of your screen. Congratulations! You have posted an item for sale.
How can I modify the price of an existing product for a customer?
As of right now we do not have the functionality to make offers for specific customers. We have provided instructions below for how to modify the product pricing:
Log into your account HERE and once you enter your username and password you will be directed to your dashboard. Click on "Products" and then "Product Listings" on the dropdown menu. You will now see either a list of existing products. Find the product you are looking for from the list and click on the three dots to the right and select "EDIT" from the small pop-up menu. You will now be directed to the product edit page. Go to the price section and enter the new price. Once you have completed editing the product then click the green button stating "SAVE CHANGES" at the bottom of your screen.
What is the percentage of the sale that is deducted from my earnings?
The current commission taken from the sale prices of sellers items is 9%. This percentage is taken from the displayed price for the product.
Example: Item listed for $10 > Seller receives $9.90 and Global Xploration receives $0.90

Global Xploration has encouraged sellers to provide a means of communication for potential customers to be able to reach out with inquiries or offers. These means of communication can be found in the item description. If an item does not have seller contact info then send an email to support@globalxploration.com or visit our Contact Us page and fill out the message form.
Can I get more info and pictures of an item for sale?

How do I know the item I am getting is authentic?
Any artifact that Global Xploration sells comes with a Certificate of Authenticity from Global Xploration and is also written in the item description. We do have registered sellers on our site that sell artifacts that either they have found or purchased from salvage crews or artifact dealers. Global Xploration is not responsible for any artifacts distributed or sold by our merchants.
How do I return an item?

Can I publish a blog post as a guest writer?
Yes, you can post on our blog as a guest writer. We love to have guest writers! Send us an email with your name, article content (text and images), and an author photo if you wish to support@globalxploration.com.
