Descripción
This artifact is a ships bell usually found on the bridge or captain's area of the ship. This ships bell is solid brass and has a green patina with minimal pitting on the majority of the bell itself. This is very common and is due to being submerged under water for years until it was recovered off the coast of the Northeast United States.
On one side side of the bell there is the date "1839" with a box imprinted around it. The opposite side of the bell has an insignia imprinted into it that appears to be Spanish or British in nature.
This artifact comes with a certificate of authenticity.
